Jellypop Return Policy

 

Return items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

 

A request to return an item must be made within 14 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you. The return will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping.

 

All returns must clearly show the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the box or else we will not be able to process your returns. To process a return please login to your account on www.shopjellypop.com to submit your RMA request. Once your order is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, you will receive a refund within 7 days.

 

You will be notified via email once your return as been processed.

 

Please note that depending on your banking institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected in your account.
